If you’ve driven through Paso Robles in any season, you’ve seen them — the wide-reaching oaks that line the hillsides and the rows of vines that stretch toward the horizon. They’re as much a part of this place as the people who call it home. When we set out to build a real estate group that truly represents this community, we didn’t have to look far for a name. OV stands for Oak & Vine, and it’s a nod to the two things that define the landscape, the culture, and the way of life on the Central Coast. Oaks are steady. They grow deep roots. They’ve been here longer than any of us, and they’ll be here long after. Vines are intentional. They’re cultivated with care, shaped by the hands of people who believe in the long game. That’s the kind of real estate practice we wanted to build —one that’s grounded in this place, grown with purpose, and here for the long run.
How We
Got Here
This team started the way a lot of good things do around here — over a conversation between friends. Mo Elsayed has called Paso Robles home for more than 30 years. He knows this community not because he studied a market report, but because he grew up in it — the neighborhoods, the schools, the people. When he decided to pursue a career in real estate, the direction was clear: serve the place that raised him.
Stephen Moore came to the Central Coast from Carmel Valley in Monterey and has spent more than a decade building his life and career in this region. His background in real estate was something Mo experienced firsthand — long before OV existed, Mo was recommending Stephen to friends and family because he trusted his approach. The professionalism, the genuine care for clients, the follow-through. It was never a hard sell. Stephen was just that good. Eventually the question wasn’t if they’d work together, but when. OV Real Estate Group is the answer to that question — a partnership built on years of friendship, mutual respect, and a shared belief that buying or selling a home should feel like working with someone who actually cares about the outcome.
